Fair questions

Is the AI going to say something wrong to my customer?

It only answers from a fact sheet you approve: services, service area, hours, price ranges you're happy to share. Anything outside that, it says a person will follow up and alerts you. It says it is an automated assistant in its first message. You can read every conversation.

Can it answer my phone by voice?

Not as a standard part of a plan today. On Growth and Premium, a missed call gets a text back within seconds, live within 30 days of launch with the date in your contract. If you want calls answered by voice, ask on the call and we'll tell you plainly what's ready.

What do I actually own?

Your domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it. If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.

How fast is it live?

Growth goes live 7 days after you approve the content. The launch date goes in writing, and if we miss it through our own delay you can take every setup dollar back.
