The plain rules for this website, and the promises we make to clients.

This website

Prices shown are plus sales tax and can change; the price in your signed proposal is the one that applies. Sample builds shown on this site are fictional businesses built to demonstrate our work.

Our guarantees

These are summaries. Your contract (Schedule A) holds the full wording and governs.

1. Speed you can check

Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch (middle of three runs). If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days. Excludes things added after launch or at your request.

2. Yours, in writing

Domain, DNS, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one; we are a user. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it. If you leave, you keep everything and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.

3. Every web lead answered within 60 seconds

An automatic reply from our system to every form and chat lead with valid contact details. We offer this once a timed live test has passed for your site, and mark it active in your contract.

4. Launch on time, or your setup fee back

The launch date goes in writing once we have your content, access and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you choose: a full refund of every setup fee paid, or carry on with a new date.

5. See it before you pay

We build your preview first. If you don't love it, you owe nothing.

6. Month-to-month after the minimum term

Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. We remind you 30 days before your minimum term ends.

We never guarantee search rankings, a number of leads, or revenue.
